Accueillir Jokari et sa MAIN GAUCHE sur Cheptel Records aura été pour nous une grande source de réjouissance. Presqu'un besoin, une addiction sonore réconfortante à laquelle on revient d'abord une fois, puis deux, puis sans doute pendant le reste de l'hiver qui nous arrive.

En voyant rayonner ce disque de loin, avec le confort naturel d’une belle chanson française façon bed room pop pour une B.O. d’un film de Jean Girault ou de Rohmer, nous sentions grandir l’émotion. Plus il s’approchait plus on savait qu’on tenait un petit bijou d’élégance.

Alors c’est un plaisir de vous faire découvrir ces 9 chansons entièrement produites en solo par Jokari, musicienne polyamoureuse des cordes, des synthétiseurs et des petites boîtes à rythmes, dans lequel elle réussit à parler sans niaiseries de forêts, d'autoroutes et d'André Breton.
