Chute libre maitrisée dans un ciel de fin d’après-midi, les ballades pop, synthétiques et chaleureuses de Dolphin Flight se suivent et s’assemblent sur ce magnifique album printanier: Mydriase.

La rumeur gonflait que l’exposition au soleil d’un minuit fragile et rosé nous laisserait des brûlures à même le coeur. Le plus étranges des groupes Biennois, dont chacun des membres cache des secrets indicibles, sort aujourd’hui ce disque attendu. Une musique de cette nouvelle génération de musiciens affranchis du passé, libres et créatifs, qui laisseront pour sûr une trace dans la petite histoire que Cheptel tente d’écrire peu à peu.

Des instruments indéterminés, des sons sur cet album qui se croisent et se complaisent dans un océan dilaté, forment l’identité de Dolphin Flight. Des histoires de chair et d’amour. Un disque abouti, précis sans prétention ni pose. Une sincérité musicale, une honnêteté. Une qualité prête à balayer d’un revers de main les doutes qu’on aurait sur un futur enchanté, à nous faire choisir pour toujours le rose plutôt que le Gris.
